Cole Slaw

1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
1/4 cup carrots, grated
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 small onion, finely chopped
sugar
vinegar
mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard seed

Mix sugar and vinegar together. Add to other ingredients and stir well.

Refrigerate in covered container for 24 hours.

Stir again before serving.

This will keep in refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
